I am here to express love. My purpose is to create more Love

I AM Radiating love to my neighborhood, let all the love in the neighborhood come back to me. Then I am Radiating this love to the entire city, and back to me. Then I am Radiating this love to the country you live in, and back to me, Then I Radiate this love to the entire planet, and back to me. Go on with this love-breathing, and expand it onto the solar system, the galaxy, the universe.

In Duality, Joy evaporates. You become heavy and dense. IN Duality, the mental reason takes over from Joy. IN Duality you are in Illusion.

IN THIS MOMENT

1. I AM inhaling the Spirit of LOVE and manifest blessings for the whole planet.

2. NOW I know that all aspects of life are connected and that we each have the potential indeed, the responsibility to become whole.

3. NOW MY permanent consciousness in the present provides me with vital energy, eliminates my illnesses and gives me a state of inner peace.

4. NOW every cell of my body breathes harmony, health. My whole body BREATHES health. I radiate wellness in each of my breaths.
