When I realize that this confusion is nothing more than the result of my having a MIND conditioned by a dualistic view of reality, I can do something about it. However, until then it will be impossible to find a solution because I will not have correctly identified the true cause of the problem. It is not enough to treat the symptoms. It is clear that I must completely eliminate the source of the problems if I really want to be free of them.
