It's
thanks to Love that we no longer see differences and separation, and
that we unite our consciousness with the

Blessing is effective in changing your life or getting what you want for three reasons:First of all, the positive focus of your mind stirs up the positive, creative force of the Power of the Universe. Secondly, it moves your own energy outward, allowing more of the Power to come through you.Thirdly, when you bless for the benefit of others instead of directly for yourself, you tend to bypass any subconscious fears about what you want for yourself, and also the very focus on the blessing acts to increase the same good in your life. What is so beautiful about this process is that the blessing you do for others helps them as well as you.

perceived object, and not the Consciousness that is perceiving

that something is happening.
Anyone who sees "I'm
separate", "you're separate", "he's separate", etc., is acting in one
way towards himself, and in another way towards others. He can't help
it. The thought "each being is separate from the others", is the seed
from which the tree of arbitrary discrimination of acts (according to
the diversity of people) rises.
How could there be a lack of
virtue in someone who knows that there is unity between himself and
others? As long as
the seed of differentiation is present, the corresponding tree is likely
to blossom, whether we expect it or not. The ability to differentiate
must therefore be renounced.

The root cause of all suffering is the fact that
we breathe without consciousness, without love,
without unity of LIFE creating an illusion of
separate existence. Thus we generate a divisive consciousness
that perceives things as me and not me, mine and not mine, my people and
yours, my nation and yours.
DUALITY feeds on guilt as well as the belief that we are imperfect and
that is why we criticize ourselves for the mistakes we have made, it
also feeds on the illusion of being separate from others, and being
deserving of punishment. All this is a mental elaboration, it is a
program that keeps us prisoners tied to our beliefs and prevents us from
living in the present. None of this is real even if we live it
intensely. From now on I no longer live in the Duality of the mind, the
duality of the mind judges and brings us suffering, it ties us to the
illusion of a past that was never real. I watch my mind.
I Love myself and I AM One with my real self.
My true SELF is guiltless.
Aloha is an invocation of the Divine, it means love, but also embraces the spirit of friendship, acceptance, peace, compassion and charity. abandoning this practice, the existential equilibrium would be
automatically and spontaneously reestablished, which would propitiate
the realization of the Self. The opposite energy is the energy of
separation. When one vibrates with the energy of
love, one feels united to something or someone.

As we embrace unity and dedicate ourselves to serving the greater good, we create a ripple effect that can transform not only our own lives but also the lives of countless others.
