Love live in the moment each inhale is an invitation to our spiritual source. Each exhale is a release to Mother Nature.

The more air you take in, the more chi (life force energy) you draw into your body.  Your cells love it when you breath deeply and steadily.  They get a boost of both vital energy and oxygen to help remove toxins and regenerate.

I am here to express love. My purpose is to create more Love.

Love is the highest and most powerful energy. Love energy is the same as life energy. It is the energy that is in all living things. It is active, vital and creative.
